This is what you had to say:

We had a warm day here too - with similar results... I left the winter coat at home, but didn't have the shorts on that everyone else was wearing. I feel your pain!

Ditto with the warm weather... I admit, I had on shorts and flip-flops both, but only because today was laundry day and my jeans and socks were all dirty. :o) And I definitely hear you on the whole dishwashing thing. No dishwashwer here, and I too always manage to soak a shirt... the whole topless dishwashing... now THERE'S an idea!! I may have to try that the next time my dishes pile up!!

Since I live with not only the rents, but also my not-quite-twenty year old cousin, I'm prevented from doing the dishes topless. IF however, I lived alone, I think I would spend most of the time I'm in my house completely NEKKID...so maybe I could be like, a junior member of the Topless Dishwashers Club?

I don't "know what you mean", so I can't be in your topless club or anything, but reading that made me all HOT.

el guapo - 2005-03-07 11:31:32
What do you have against socks? Over here we don't put our winter clothes away until it breaks 70 degrees for a week straight. I used to be a male topless dishwasher but now I have a machine to do that crap. I may still be available for the calendar though.

Holy hell, someone else does the whole topless dishwashing thing! I suddenly do not feel quite so weird for it. Not only do I splash water all over the place, but also my arms are very scrawny so my sleeves are always falling down if I just roll them up, and I'd rather just take the shirt off and then have a dry shirt to put on afterwards than actually change clothes or something. Also? This is totally not such a good idea if you live with someone and don't warn them first, like when my husband brought a coworker home on his lunch one weekend without knowing I'd be doing dishes.

Yesterday it was about 75 degrees here - Farenheit, of course. Flip flops are dumb. I don't think I've ever owned a pair of flip flops. I don't do dishes topless, but I do wear a short sleaved shirt (though because my place doesn't have heat to speak of, sometimes in the winter I do wear a sweater and curse as the sleaves dip in the dishwater.) I don't think it's at all so odd to do dishes in underwear or latex suits for that matter. I just bought a dishwasher - and just last week finished having it installed - and likley in the next few weeks I'll actually use it for the first time (don't ask.) And I think I'll take my shirt off when I do it.... -Zuzu

Funking brilliant. The clothing thing is not only limited to where you are. My recent trip to amusement park X, 50 somethings oogling and undressing with their eyes, girls in their teens wearing the "Super Low Rise Jeans" or the Super High Rise Mini's... Grant you, we had 70ish degree weather here...

Dude, not only am i doing it in a bra, it's a ugly-ass sports bra. The kind you wear when you dye your hair at home. The sloshing of water is unavoidable. The topless wash prevails. No shame.

I also hate, hate, HATE washing dishes and I also wash them nekkid. But then, I do most things sans clothing. Washing dishes in this way makes a gal hot, though. No clothes is the only way to go.

I wore flip flops the first warm day here. (I hate socks), but knowing my luck while I out the temperature dropped drastically and it started to snow. Go figure!

i do dishes topless as a rule. but i do get grossed out when dirty soapy water touches my belly. i end up being as "careful" about sploshing without my top on as i would with my top on. sigh.

i'll go you one better: i do dishes in my bra standing right in front of a window. granted, the window is high enough that all anyone sees is my shoulders and a few inches of skin below 'em, but i am all life on the edge, baby. oh. and i HATE flipflops. kd

A police officer accidentally shot and killed a soccer fan Sunday while trying to break up a fight by a Tuscan highway between supporters of rival teams, authorities said. Enraged by the killing, hundreds of fans rioted in Rome, attacking a police station. Fans stormed the yard of a police station near Rome's Olympic Stadium, hurled stones at passing police cars and smashed windows at the nearby Italian Olympic Committee...
http://blog-about-sport.com/

Charles Bishop, President of DHX Media's Halifax Film unit commented, "With the coast guard as backdrop, viewers will be drawn to our four rescue specialists who ultimately neglect themselves to save others. These story lines will have an international appeal and will be a positive, diversifying addition to our growing library of programming." With little time to commit to a real world weight loss program, Dulaney became a mouse clicking dieting maven after seeing an ad for ediets.com. "I'm on my computer all the time, so I figured I'd give it a try," she says. Three years later, Dulaney is nearly 50 pounds lighter. She's even started to run half marathons with some new found friends, other members of ediets.com. "Everyone who is trying to lose weight needs help," she says. "I got mine from my computer." No one actually knows how many people like Dulaney have found weight loss success with Internet based commercial programs. But what is clear is that Web based diets are...
http://wl-site.com/
